We really enjoyed its stunning and marvellous location.

We got a room with a walk-in shower.

The idea to include coffee/tea making machines, a fridge, and a stovetop in the penthouse apartment was nice. A handy kitchenette was a plus. Liked our stay, would recommend this place.

My three kids and I liked being there. The room I had included coffee/tea makers, a dining area, and ironing facilities. The location was stunning and great, in the middle of jackson, the hotel overlooked mountain. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Trattoria Adamo that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

The breakfast options in the cafe were fantastic, offering a great selection.

We were impressed by the jacuzzi, sauna, and heated outdoor pool, all of which were well-maintained. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. the mountain view from our apartment was absolutely incredible. The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the middle of Zakopane. My apartment was comfy and had central heating, TV with multiple channels, and a microwave. - the staff were great and gave some helpful tips about the city.

Personally, I found that the tumble dryer was unnecessary for my stay. However, I understand that some guests might find it useful, especially during longer trips or in different weather conditions.
